You do not lose your configuration if you get shop access. My guide said that if I get picked for fulfillment of my original configuration before I pick anything in the shop, then he would notify me.

did you click through "Confirm Configuration"? my Guide told me not to because if i confirm and its built, we can't make changes, which makes sense. but it also feels weird just leaving my account in the state its in without confirming. im afraid i might lose my config if i dont confirm whether i want to make changes or not.

i also requested access to the Shop so waiting on that.

FWIW, I have been "Pending Fulfilment" for almost 3 weeks. But I'm told that I could get access to the shop in a week or two. ?

There are only 2 vehicles currently in the Atlanta/Chicago/San Diego shop. FG/FE/21 and RB/FE/21. There was a RB/FE/20AT in there this morning but I knew that would not last. I was heading out dorado/tuna fishing out of San Diego. When I got back there was a beautiful Glacier White R1T sitting just outside of the marina on Shelter Island. So cool to see more of them around. I want to see one in my driveway most of all.

I asked the same of my guide a week ago, same 24-48 hours, but I had the green banner in my account (where you click to access) later that day. I never received an email notification so check your account, it may already be available.

no you should not be getting a 404 error. maybe your access is still being set up.

Same thing happened to me last night. Looks like a bug, I forwarded to the support email address.

how long ago did you request it?

I got the “Get a R1T sooner” email on Thursday, confirmed my address right away and then got the Shop email Friday night. I’ll contact support.
