2.3 miles/kWh is waaay better than I've gotten for even a single month of driving in my year in a half of ownership. But I'll also note that 25,000 miles and 10,0000 kWh is more like 2.5 miles/kWh. What's up with that math the display does?

Let's say R2 pack is 100 kWh usable size and he's talking 10% to 80%. That's 70 kWh in 25 minutes. If they can get the charging curve to hold decent to 80% (maybe through better BMS and thermal management), that's an average of 168 kW. That's possible with 400 volts.
The 800 volt system does...
After the R2, R3/R3x reveals yesterday and renewed discussion of charge port locations, let's take a poll. Which side do you prefer: left, right, both? Do you want front so you can pull in and/or not worry about a hitch-mount rack or trailer getting in the way? Or maybe you want to back so your...
Longer cords means more copper to deal with increased resistance. It hurts efficiency and increases the cost of cord vandalism and theft. Moreover, it increases the value to thieves.
I know it would add cost but I'd love two charge ports, one on each front quarter panel.
Doesn't really snap in but it's a perfect fit. It's not going to stop you from lifting it up but it's just snug enough that there will be no rattles or sliding.
I wouldn't use it in rain but it's rated IPX4, same as my ego snowblower. And given what I'm likely wearing when handling it in snow, 56 volts isn't too troubling.
We get all kinds of snow here and this probably only works for fresh snow.... And this 765 cfm blower is a beast. I park in garage at home so I don't typically have to remove more than an inch or two from the vehicle.
Let's say you want to keep your Ego leaf blower in the back to blow snow off your R1S but you don't want it to slide around while driving. You can position a tie down point to hold it in place perfectly.
I would like to be able to:
tell it I want to go a certain way
reject a reroute
tell it what is wrong about the directions it gave me
give voice feedback on a particular DCFC (i.e. "Alexa, this EA station is FUBAR, avoid it for a week." Or similar.)
