The grill one is certainly a known issue.
Well, don't leave us hanging man... what is the fix for this known issue?

Inquiring minds need to know ?

I have similar rattles in the dash. Trying to live with it as the SC told me this is "as quiet as we're going to get it"...
Just another way of saying "it's withing spec" ?

Lol. Not sure…I’m guessing replacement. One person had mentioned that somewhere. Mine isn’t bad enough to care at this point.

Mine seems to be coming from something under the dash, not necessarily the grill. In Munroe's disassembly videos, you can see all sort of components attached to the underside of the dashpad. SC told me you have to remove the A pillar covers, etc. to get the pad off. I'd sure like to take a look for myself...

I'd be super careful removing the A-pillar covers if you do decide to give it a try. The airbags are really tightly packed in under the covers and the covers have special clips that let them easily detach from the vehicle if the airbags are deployed and they (in most cases) have a tether that keeps the covers from flying away the pillar and smashing in to your face if the airbags deploy.
I guess what I'm getting at is.. be very careful with the A-pillar covers if you decide to pull them loose..... if you damage any of the attachment clips removing the covers it may compromise safety.

Yup, that's why I'm waiting for someone else to tackle this or instructions on how to properly remove these parts. My OCD can live with the occasional rattle until then.

I had the passenger seat rattle issues and mobile tech couldn’t figure it out. My last desperate action was to dry lube the seat track area. Amazing it worked.

Add me to the list of the front/windshield grill rattle. Got pretty bad recently. Only about a thousand miles on the vehicle and almost two months of ownership. Definitely makes the vehicle seem cheap and/or not built well to others that ride with me.

Most annoying rattle for me is the underside panels next to rocker panel area....they rattle just by tapping on them.
Did you resolve this?
I have the same issue.

Yes, the notes from the SC on the repair said the clips weren’t fully seated.

I have a rattling / buzzing noise that sounds like it is coming from the driver's side B pillar, near the seatbelt height adjuster. I took it for service, they heard the noise, kept the car for 4 days and said they fixed a loose clip or something. Well the noise is still there, the same or worse than before but definitely not better. I am having a really hard time pinpointing it because while I am driving, I cannot crawl around the back seat and stick my ear everywhere. Plus, it only happens on certain uneven pavements so it will come and go - super hard to track down. But since it sounds like it is coming from 2 inches from my left ear, it is extremely distracting and annoying and makes driving suck because I am always subconsciously waiting for the noise to happen.

That’s a weird one. I have it but only occasionally…1 drive it’s there, not the next. ?‍♂. Bout to take a road trip. Hope it decides to stay quiet.

It’s possible that it’s the plastic surrounding the upper part of the rear passenger window, up where it meets the B pillar. That rattles on my passenger side and I’ve seen others note that as well. Mine will change or sometimes go away depending on whether the rear window is open. It’s odd.
