That part of the seat will get softer after a few months, I bet. I had the same issue with R1 seats and it went away. I don't notice it anymore. I'm 6'2" for reference.

Rivian will more than likely have a sun shade in the gear shop for R2. They just released them for R1 I believe.

Yep, there's one Half Moon Gray one with 21s. Saw it at the SC and it had "matched" written on it a few weeks ago.

There appears to be more tolerance in the R2 handles (space surrounding the actual handle). Mechanism sounds better than R1 Gen 1 & 2 in my opinion.

interesting. I had a rattle that they fixed in my driver door about a year ago and not sure what they did but the handle is solid now and has stayed quiet. Passenger side is still noisy so guess this could apply?

There is motor whine with the 21s. Maybe the 20s minor hum drowns it out.

Yep, no way I keep an R1 out of warranty. Great vehicle, but just waay too complicated so I'm trading for a much simpler R2.

This is just part of owning a Rivian. My charge door has never been perfectly dialed in on my R1. They didn't want to lose that feature in R2.

So everyone everywhere needs to ride around on off-road tires? Sounds like a war zone where you drive. I've never heard anyone that had the 21s or 22s on their R1 have any issues and those vehicles are 2000 lbs heavier.
