i picked up my R1T from service today. looked fine and all the work was done. i went to work for a few hours and when i got back to the vehicle, i was greeted with the "welcome to your vehicle" startup screen when you first pickup on delivery day. i clicked through and see that my profile is no longer in the vehicle. i thought it was just a small glitch and went to add my profile back but you can only do that from the app. so i go to the app and thats when i realized its a bigger issue. though i am logged into my account in the app, it no longer recognizes i have a vehicle (see screenshots). and you cannot add the vehicle yourself, there's something on the backend that does that.
i tried to sign out and sign back in the app. i tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. i was on chat with Rivian service for over an hour with no resolution. they are forwarding this to another unit in the company to look at but they have no estimate how long it'll take.
