How do I get the new update 2024.11?

I want the new rear screen controls and the charger ratings to review. I tried the app and the screen, both say up to date.

Mine arrived last night. shouldn't be long.

It seemed like they used to push the updates to everyone at roughly the same time. Until they sent out an update that broke every vehicle that installed it.

It's never ever been this way. Always has been in waves.

Wait until it comes to you. Got notification last night that it was available. Downloaded and it installed in 50 minutes. My VIN 18XXX if that helps you.

To add insult to injury, I received my R1T last year in March (after a 2 year wait) and boyfriend received his ‘24, DM R1S this year , now his vehicle gets the software updates before I do..? go figure…

You wait for Rivian to push it to you. Could take hours, days, or weeks depending on how they have you slotted in the rolling release window.

(I typically am on the FIRST train, but I've had 2 updates that randomly rolled out to me something like 3-5 days later than everyone else. It seems pretty random...randomly)

Mine came through last night (4-17) around 8pm. Started the update and then when I woke up this morning....all installed. I haven't drive my R1T since it installed.

You created a thread asking how to force an update, and that refreshing the update screen didn't work. Then you suggested someone else get the new update by refreshing the update screen. That's why you're getting these sorts of responses.

FWIW I submitted a ticket telling them I was still on 2024.03 and they looked into it. Seemed the updates were sent on their end but my truck never received ??‍

OTA team pushed it out an hour later and I installed overnight. Jumped over 2024.07 and straight to 2024.11!
