The widget no longer works for me.. it was a blank white box..

I removed it, and when I go to add it again, it no longer is available as an option

Had the same issue had to check the widget properties and select my truck then restart my phone and it came back

Widget works fine on my iPhone, they actually fixed the display now it shows either percent or miles based on what the app is showing.

It works for me. The lock screen widget is great! Love the app updates!

Rebooting my phone brought the widget option back thanks!

huge improvement to the app as it relates to service. you can now see all the requests you've submitted. still doesnt display what you wrote but at least it shows you the pics/vids you uploaded so you can reference/remember. appointment times can be months out so its now easy to refresh on what service you asked for.

I have been using it, but did have to turn off and restart my phone twice after it became a blank box.... When restart it is back like normal....

I just checked again. 2.8 is not yet available on Android devices.

where do you see the app update? does it auto come to the phone or ipad? dont see a prompt for updates on the app…only the vehicle. 2 month newbie here. thx for your time. JB
