Any "March-April" delivery people contacted?

Same. Very low confidence of even getting a guide contact in April.

Yeah I know I still have FE configured, but a contact or something would be nice. An inquiry to CS about still being on track hasn't even yielded a response, so I am pretty sure my spot has just been lost in the noise.

Pretty upsetting that there are so many of us in this same situation.

Same boat, no contact whatsoever, no guide assigned. My conversation today with CS.

-Just checking in to see if we are still on track for an April delivery?

-Yes, we are on track to have you take delivery before the end of the month. You can expect to hear from a guide to confirm your configuration so we can fulfill your order

-Any idea when I can expect guide contact?

-Any day now, honestly it could be later today, it could be next week. There's no firm timeline of when they will contact you. They will reach out once we're ready to build your vehicle

Just adding a data point; I had my first contact call March 9th and locked in my configuration, no PBA. I reached out after a week to ask for any updates and received no answer, so I reached out to the regular customer support. A week later hearing nothing still, I reached out again, same story and reached out to customer support again. The next day I got a generic sounding "once your vehicle is ready, I'll be reaching out" from the guide. I reached out again a couple days ago, and I'll be asking for a new guide if I don't get a response by the end of the week.

To those of you in your window, but without guides - I'd personally rather that than where I'm at now.

That stinks. Very sorry to hear.

That is a bummer about the responsiveness. Doesn't seem like you are overwhelming them, either by checking in periodically. I hope your experience improves. I wonder/worry about guide burn-out with them being stuck between customers and corporate with little in the way of info beyond the occasional "your truck is ready!" moments. Hopefully it's not a thing though.

I will say our guide doesn't have much info but they have been great about getting back to me by the end of the day. Sometimes even with a quick phone call. I really appreciate that about them, regardless of if they have any news. As much as we want the truck it's nice feeling like our guide is looking out for us as best they can with what they have.

Has anyone asked how many customers/trucks a guide is responsible for at any one time?

Yeah, I would genuinely be fine with a literal "No, nothing new yet." More would obviously be welcome though, lol. Waiting isn't the end of the world, but (doubtful, just saying) I could have slipped out of the system or something and I wouldn't even know.

Also, not understanding why some people in the later order date/delivery window date are getting deliveries.

I'm having a similar experience. Had the call with my guide on March 10 and never got the PBA. I contacted him on the 17th and he said the PBA would be be sent when the VIN is assigned. I waited a couple weeks and reached out twice more but no response.

I'm starting to wonder if my delivery window will slip into May.

I only live an hour from the factory. I would go pick it up in heartbeat. It would save them from having to deliver.

With what history has shown, seems likely. Though if I were in your shoes I would definitely be crossing my fingers hoping to be one of those people who have a two day turnaround time after VIN is assigned...or something like that.
