    I went with initials before and feel like that is relatively safe. Where our experiences differ is that your guide at least answered you, which is all I'm asking for. Customer service is no help currently because they are trying to relay me to the guide (and rightly so, from their perspective)...

    Yeah, I would genuinely be fine with a literal "No, nothing new yet." More would obviously be welcome though, lol. Waiting isn't the end of the world, but (doubtful, just saying) I could have slipped out of the system or something and I wouldn't even know.

    Just adding a data point; I had my first contact call March 9th and locked in my configuration, no PBA. I reached out after a week to ask for any updates and received no answer, so I reached out to the regular customer support. A week later hearing nothing still, I reached out again, same story...

    Locale had nothing to do with my stance, I misinterpreted the intent of the original statement. I though it was being advocated that 100% of the power you used came from solar generated in the program - reading it back I can see how it should have been read, and that's not what you meant.
