July 9th 2021 explorer configuration R1t. cyber truck pre order canceled. Still have f150 lightning and canoo truck pre orders. If by some miracle I can get the rivian in 2022 it's my favorite of all.

I sent my money Dec. 4, 2018.

I decided that with only a 300 mile ranges for the initial release, to ask for a deposit refund (which was provided promptly), and bought the Tesla model Y with 325 mile range. I have had it for about 3 weeks and love it. Still, I hope both of the Rivian models do screamingly well!

I'm a little jealous of your Tesla because I'm still wasting time and $$$ pumping gas every week. As a caution to others however it should be noted that the R1's with 21" wheels (300+ mile range) may exceed a 325 mile range Model Y especially in certain use cases. Unless someone really needs their $1K back, In which case purchasing a $75K truck may be ill advised anyway, I would recommend holding your spot in line until you are forced into a decision. After all the EV market is a veritable roller coaster of availability, price, technology innovation, recalls, changing incentives, charging infrastructure, etc... better to keep all options open.

Congratulations Lil'O Annie. You're nearly 3 years in waiting. Lots of patience on your part. A good quality to have, in which I am severely lacking. I was okay for about 2-1/4 years, but since May I've been a little on edge. Hopefully you have an answer to your curiosity by now, or will soon. No later than the end of November, we hope. Not far away.?
