Please NO.

I get Rivian not wanting to field 10000 calls asking about the data, just see the discussions from people confused by the battery and motor temperature gauges, but the solution should not be to hide the data.

Just add a note saying "don't call us or complain about anything you see here". And when people do call anyway, just have the scripted response be that the info is not intended for consumer use and they don't have any information to share and will not schedule a service appointment based on the info.

Are you sure? Red does not normally mean normal when the other color shown is green. I see another post that their status colors are all green.
Positive. Red means the checksum doesn't match what's expected. I'd only be able to speculate why it doesn't match and why it doesn't matter. If it's a significant portion then there is an actual issue.

94% SOH at 30k.

Almost all home charge to 70% from more than 50%, but some to 100% and probably 10 times connected to a DC charger total.

Experience Module (or whatever that first top left one is) is red. Rest green.

Can anyone else looking at the BMS data do some calculations for me based on your car's data?

What is Battery % (from driver display or api) divided by SOC Pack Absolute? And does it equal SOH Pack?
SOC Pack Absolute minus Battery % from driver display.

I am currently charged to 74.20% according to the screen/API.
My "SOC Absolute" is 76.23%
SOH Pack = 97%

74.2 / 76.23 = 97.33%

Is that just a coincidence? Is it a fixed 74.2 - 76.2 = 2% buffer?

Or is Rivian adjusting the displayed % so that 1% has the same amount of energy regardless of degradation. In other words, 50% will always have the same range no matter how old your battery is. But if your battery was 30% gone, you wouldn't be able to charge past 70% anymore.

I've seen mine flip between red and green for some items. Not sure why but no issues on my truck. Seems normal to me.

Ya...this is why you shouldn't share these sorts of things. Bummer.

Please for the love of god, nobody create any service tickets regarding the information they see in this menu.

This is an internal diagnostic tool that happens to have some interesting metrics for certain subsystems that Rivian doesn't natively display to the user.

If there is any chance they are going to keep this unchanged, we need to ensure nobody raises any tickets. Honestly, the fact that it is posted on the forum is probably already a death sentence for the functionality. Hopefully they are already too far along on .46 to add a change to this pin.

Already concerned they are going to remove motor temp reporting given the number of confused people that have posted threads regarding their "over heating motors".

Since the cats out of the bag for a moment anyway, anyone have less that 96% battery SOH?

Also only three things I ever used RiDE for were battery temps while charging, power requested vs power delivered, and battery SOH.

Beyond those, there's not much there the lamen needs or would find of use.
I have 93% at 30K. Vehicle in service since 12/2021.
