Look for Gear Guard Gary on the windshield. Find the "frunk" hiding under the windshield fluid cap or the "cowl" in the cowl. Pull the mat in the lower center console. Pull out the felt pad in the tissue box storage. There's a maze on the charge port door. Look for the vehicle in the red...
My 1st, 2nd, and 3rd wide slat TC's would stop after the first or second slat retraction in warm weather. Press on the edge of the TC to give it a push past the hurdle where it is stopping while it is trying to open. Maybe it will continue to retract after that stopping point. I'm onto the...

I had my weather stripping replaced out of warranty for $1500 for all 4 doors. A month later it was already peeling away because they didn't remove the old adhesive. They redid it again and its been holding up for 5 months now. If it peels away again, I'm just going to get some 3M VHB tape...
OP said they were staying at a new place. Home location is somewhere else so proximity settings treats this second home as it does any other location other than home so it will trigger when phone or fob is within range. This is a work around until Rivian can add additional “home” locations.
Overall, I think I get around 1.7-1.9mi/kWh, but that also includes towing. Looking at some of my recent drives on Rivian Roamer, I've gotten 2.3mi/kWh cruising in conserve mode on the highway. It all depends on how you drive too.
I don't have the Strongholds, but I do have Cooper Discoverer ATP II with 56K miles on them. Just had them rotated yesterday and the service tech said they still had 5-7/32 of tread left and I might be able to make it through 1 more rotation and balance before replacement. I've been rotating...
I didn't have that particular gasket peeling, as shown, but I did have to replace all 4 door seals because they were peeling away from the doors. Only held on by adhesive. I had to pay $1500 out of pocket because it was out of warranty. Make sure you look at your gaskets before your warranty...
If it's garaged at this location, turn on Camp Mode to disable proximity locking and unlocking. If you want to leave it unlocked in the garage, but not have the handles presenting, turn on car wash mode too.
If you get the Extreme Dev Kit, you won't have to make any modifications to the EDK harness as it already has the AXM power bypassed and utilizes a fuse tap.
Yeah, I’ve had the same issue since updating to 2026.07. Both reboots on the truck as well as my phone and it does not reliably lock at home or away from home. Now I’m always looking over my shoulder when I’m walking away to visually see that it locks or hear it lock. Hoping it is fixed in this...
Has anyone had any issues with their charging data on Electrafi? Since March, it has been missing components of the charge data. I submitted a ticket with Electrafi right away and got a response that they were looking into it, but only crickets for the last month and no responses to my inquiries.
Select Gear Guard from your apps. Then select settings on the left side. Turn the toggle off for Road Cam and it will disappear from the top of the screen.
I'm all for it. Got XCare, 6yr/100K/$0 deductible for just under $8K last year. Currently have 75K miles and with 3 claims totaling over $14K in less than a year, well worth the ROI.
