My Miller 255 suggests a 12kW generator to run it. I'm guessing if you actually turn it all the way up the surge is probably quite a bit higher than the breaker rating to start the arc, since that's kinda how breakers work. You don't even need 60amps. My hobart handler 190 and mvp 210 ran fine off a 30 amp breaker. The 190 only draws like 19 - 22 amps
This would be awesome!Garage door proximity pop up.. On my previous car (Q7), when I pulled in my driveway, a giant pop up to open the garage would pop on on the screen vs the Rivian's required 2 tiny button pushes.
I considered getting one of those hitch steps for this exact issue. I miss the rear bumper-step functionality.Wonder if that can be done in aftermarket? I assume so?
Because the US Government used different rules than EU.It wasn't, it is now. Manufacturers now just have to go through the legalities to get theirs approved.
Canceled my R1S res because of space. Still love my R1T.An R1S with the R1T wheelbase…
meaning:
- smoother drive
- more space behind 3rd row
- easier to access 3rd row
- more 2nd and 3rd row space.
