They did awhile back, will have to see where they posted them, but I'll copy what I had posted before as that was the quickest for met o find.It was reported to be around 17 cu ft plus the 11 in the drink so beating the Telluride in total. I do not see why Rivian cannot share both R1S and T interior dimensions (legroom, hip room, head room etc).
For those who might be used to viewing these dimensions in inches, here is a comparison with the pre 2021 Tahoe (204") on a few dimensions (Edited with a few more to compare):
R1S (202" L) | Tahoe (204" L) | Mercedes GLS (pre 2020-202" L) | BMW X7 (203.3" L) | Tesla MX | |
Effective Leg Room - Driver | 41.4 | 45.3 | 40.3 | 39.8 | 41.2 |
Effective Leg Room - Second | 36.7 | 39.0 | 38.5 | 37.6 | 38.4 |
Effective Leg Room - Third | 32.8 | 24.8 | 35 | 33.3 | NA |
Shoulder Room - Driver | 60.6 | 64.8 | 58.5 | 60 | 60.7 |
Shoulder Room - Second | 58.9 | 65.1 | 58.3 | 58.1 | 56.8 |
Shoulder Room - Third | 51.1 | 62.6 | 50.5 | 47.9 | NA |
Hip Room - Driver | 54.9 | 60.8 | NA | NA | 55.6 |
Hip Room - Second | 54.2 | 60.3 | NA | NA | 59 |
Hip Room - Third | 42.8 | 49.3 | NA | NA | NA |
Head Room - Driver | 41.1 | 42.8 | 41.2 | 41.9 | 41.7 |
Head Room - Second | 39.7 | 38.7 | 40 | 39.9 | 40.9 |
Head Room - Third | 38.6 | 38.1 | 38.9 | 36.6 | NA |
As with everything else, I think it will be important to to reserve judgement until you actually get to sit in it.
