3 months. April-June now July-Sept. wife is officially out. We will now be a 1 Rivian household since I got my truck a couple
Months ago. Early Jan 21 preorder, pushed back twice so far

. Midnight, BM, 22” black wheels. Now I got to find her another 3 row. Please not a Range Rover. Guess I’ll probably buy it and sell for a modest profit since it was Pre-price hike. Oh well, was fun while it lasted.

Perhaps revisit decision after a few days? A delta of 3 months doesn’t seem too bad to me. Also, these are estimates, so it’s definitely feasible to get a car sooner

White, green interior, 22”, underbody shield (I’ll likely remove this option) quad large.

The timing is excellent for me as that will be when we are most financially stable to make the purchase. Anything sooner would be tough.

I’ve been telling my wife to just wait for the Rivian instead of buying a mini van. Not sure she can wait another year. I guess I’ll work on convincing her that we should get a sprinter van.

Anyone figure out their prioritization schedule? Because it looks to me like they are going for the money grab and that anyone who preordered after the price hike is getting a major bump in priority.

I happen to have a neighbor who preordered the exact same R1S configuration... but four months after I did... and they have a 6-9 month estimated delivery advantage. Only difference I can tell is we preordered before March 1, 2021. (We're currently Jan-Jun 2024)

Agreed … who knows how the dates will be rejiggered in the next 3 months. Perhaps, once the 2nd shift is fully operational, output will increase! My date stayed the same (oct-dec 23). Will probably cancel my Lyriq Debut Edition order as I was only planning on keeping the Lyriq till my R1S arrived.

Now that the new estimates are live, did your R1S estimate change and by how much?

For example mine was Feb-Mar 2023 and is now May-June 2023 so 2-3 months later for my reservation.

Original was Jul - Sep 2023, But Because I changed from R1T to R1S, it delay to July - Dec 2024.
