Used it twice yesterday where my wife sent me the directions remotely while I was at work. Got in the truck and bam! directions already pulled up. Super handy when you need it.

I realized it works while you're driving too. Passenger can search something up with my phone and then send it to navigate there.

Please, please, please make the blower speed on defrost variable. In snowy and icy conditions, the wipers tend to freeze if defrost is not kept active. Running defrost at HI overheats the cabin and is annoyingly loud.

You can manually turn it on, it's the element on the windshield if you have the HVAC controls active.

It is no trouble to turn It on. Once on, it has one speed - HI.

Lol, no. The "defrost" button is MAX defrost. General use is turning on this button right here:

If it's not keeping up, then the HVAC needs more heat to keep up. All my other EVs get too hot when using max defrost as well, it's not a Rivian thing.

1.I'd love to see more integration with Apple products. Not that Carplay is the bomb, but I love my apple ecosystem.
2. More options on the map. I like being able to pinch and have it stay at that size.
3. Better renderings for traffic on the maps. The lines could be bolder.
4. Intermediate stiffness setting. There has to be a middle ground, doesn't there?

Turn up the heat and the fan speed. It doesn't need to be 100% but your defrost is active if it shows up this way. Only other thing you could do would be to turn the other areas where it's blowing off if you really don't want to turn the heat up further.

There really is no "more control" to be given. You already have it.

So you are finding the place in maps or another nav app on the phone and then sharing it like you are going to send an email or text with it, but picking the rivian app.

Yes. It only works with a few apps like google maps. Most of the other ones say it isn't supported when you select the Rivian app from the share button.

A bonus with using the phone is it's pretty quick to look something up on a website or another app like plugshare, or a text message, etc, open the address in google maps and then share it with the Rivian.
