No idea what your are actually trying to say? I have no letter from USPS from Rivian. Do you? Do you, specifically, have a recall notice from Rivian? Or are you just speculating, for stock influence, or actual recall information?

Actually no - it is not at all time to panic. I had like 5 recalls and 8 published TSBs on my late model Toyota, which had been in market for like 15 years.

The OP uses USPS informed delivery .. lets you see incoming mail

Sounds to me like dude sees a piece of mail on the way and asks a general question. MidnightRivian provides the answer and the forum works as intended.

It was about that OTA that was pushed the other day out of the blue for the pedal or something.

Same as the pdf linked above.

Looks like Rivian had to file an official NHTSA recall for the 2023.42 over the air update problem some of us had. It does make sense these types of problems would have to be reported, and the recall system is a logical choice.
