That’s a V4 pedestal. There are very few of them.
There should be a Thread called "Know your Tesla Superchargers".....honestly I would not know the difference . Thanks for pointing it out.

There’s a lot of discussion regarding taking up two parking spots in order to charge a Rivian at Tesla stations. I’m curious: do they make a level 3 extension cord? I’ve done a search but all of them seem to be level 2. Anyone have one? Where did you get it?
A2Z I saw it is an upcoming product and got on their waitlist

Here is a new Tesla Supercharger set up in Blaine WA. Centered charger and long cable.

Hopefully they will replace all v1 and v2 (eventually v3 as well) units with v4.
That’s a given. At what pace is what’s germane. In the meantime we do what we can to bridge the gap. Adapters and extensions are exactly that. Adapters are less likely to become obsolete (for as long as you own a CCS1 car). The extensions, at almost $300, which may become obsolete, may be a bridge too far. Could be part of the reluctance we see here.

I’m also on A2Z’s waitlist for the extension cable. After spending $80k for a new R1T it seems a little foolish to balk at spending $300 (0.375% of the new truck cost) in order to charge at any NACS without the headache of all the complications.

I plan to avoid Tesla chargers as much as possible. I don’t feel welcome there and I’m not keen on giving Elon any of my money. He has plenty.

Do route planners include the ability to avoid Tesla chargers? They should.

Plus, keeping away lowers my odds of suffering prolonged exposure to a cybertruck.
Yes you can opt out of Tesla chargers.
