That looks bad, I got my rivian in Feb2024 and got my adapter in Nov25 few days ago. I am also in Canada what is usually the last to get new stuff

I was able to charge it on my Trip to Chicago earlier this year, its very plug and play, similar to the tesla supercharger. Here is the happy me charging at it:

Finally, they decided to send the adapter to Canada, and I received mine on Nov 25th. I tested it at Kitchener/ON Supercharger and the experience was great. I recorded a little video of the charging experience.
