Well my shipment is lost. Sh*t happens.

UPS says they’ve paid the claim to the shipper. UPS does not pay the receiver

Here’s where my problem is. The Squarespace store Genuine Chemistry has does not provide adequate contact information. So I’ve emailed their “info” account. But it’s not easy to get in touch with these guys trying to get a replacement shipment.

I’ve seen them post to this forum before, so maybe they see this.

Coming up on one month since I’ve ordered and no fluid yet.

My email exchange with them to correct mine auto deleted, so I can't give you a specific person but email [email protected] with your order number and explain the problem, they should correct.

Nope, it's all about the signature smell. Other brands may be functional, but won't smell like a Rivian

The green RainX smells almost identical to the original fluid.

That said I have placed my order for a case of the GC. Shipping is now $40!!!

I also came here to see the mixing ratio, but seeing that people are using it full strength makes me feel even more foolish for dropping $100 of washer fluid. I thought I was getting at least 15 gallons of fluid per gallon of concentrate (based on doubling the strength of the 35+ gallons they advertise).

They got in touch with me (first response was in my junk mail) and they are sending me a replacement.
