Does the wrist band key still exist?

Mine arrived today. Easy to set up. I will not use it regularly but see special occasions where it would be useful. PAAK works just fine for me.

Can someone measure the inside circumference of the band when clasped in the smallest and largest hole? I'm curious what range of wrists this will fit.

Received my wrist band key. Haven't set up yet. Simply reporting in. Be well out there.

I got mine set it up and tried it. Didn't work to open the car. So I'll have to troubleshoot it later. Not too concerned as I don't think I'll use it much.

look under "drivers and keys" in the app. click on the wrist band and there is a button at the bottom for "activate key". this is on iOS

I was worried until I saw someone post a photo of "too tight on the biggest hole" and then thanked my genetics for not giving me fat wrists.

Has anyone else have their band appear within the app and in the truck as a key card and not a wrist band? The ID is correct but the type lists Key card and as you can guess, its not working! Tried everything and waiting to hear back from Rivian. Guessing it was just entered incorrectly.

My first one has always showed as a key card in the app and truck, but the ID is "NA". Works great, though. My second one shows as a band.

Thanks for confirming there's been issues! They originally wanted me to go back to the service center to get it looked at but this is a systems/software issue not physical issue. Send me a new one seems like the logical fix.
