I feel like the maps and traffic are getting better...
Got back from a 4 day vacation and noticed my maps are updated around my house and 20 miles away south of me for one of the office buildings that was completed in 2019. The quality looks better as well. Not sure how widespread the update was, but for Denver area it seems pretty significant. -

My Rivian Driver+ almost killed me
Iām a bit surprised that there are so many reports of people having to āfightā the wheel while being steered off the road. Iām sure thatās accurate, but during these episodes does nobody have the gut reaction to tap the brake and disengage the system that way? Iād like to think that would be...- endress14

I would caution against ordering these sliders if you are at all on a time constraint. Iām sure the quality will be excellent (assuming they are ever delivered). At the time i placed my order it was estimated 12 weeks for delivery. I get delays and such, but we are now at 19+ weeks and...- endress14

There’s now a Rivian widget for iOS and Android!
I mean with PAAK they donāt have to unlock the phone to get in the car and drive away, widget or not. -
R1S - One of the tires spin slower than others
interested to know how you determined it is spinning slower. if your car is moving in a straight line donāt they all have to be spinning the same rate, assuming the tires are the same size?- endress14

I used to feel the same way. Have you tried it lately? After a software update at one point i looked down and noticed the āAā and realized i had been in auto and wasnāt experiencing the bouncing around at stoplights and such that i was getting on earlier software iterations. Adding solar is also not economical for a good portion of the US population. Most people donāt have a big enough tax credit, enough sunny weather, or enough roof space to justify the cost. Iām lucky that I do have solar, but its still not āfreeā charging because the installation was thousands... -

if you raise or lower both the steering wheel and seat by the same amount, can you not bring those into view and maintain the comfortable relationship between seating and the wheel, with what would be a small impact on the reach to the pedal? not being sarcastic, honest question because i can...- endress14

New Electric Tonneau Replacement installed -- no difference from original
I would think at some point even if there are 2 ānewā designs and they are cheaping out on us getting our OG covers fixed, that after multiple failures it would result in an upgrade to any new design to save money for them in the end. Perhaps that is wishful thinking, but Iām going to use mine...- endress14
