Looks like there’s almost no discernible size difference. If anything, the R1T bed looks a little more spacious on this image. Maybe there’s a wee bit more width on the CT but looks like the depth on R1T is more.

Seeing those two design languages next to each other is kind of extreme. Honestly, the Rivian is such a great design. This image really calls it out here..

Dang, from that angle and in that lighting, it really does look like a dumpster.

It does.

Out just now, saw another car, and it prompted a thought about Rivian’s look:

Mini Cooper’s Dad

Different design languages. That’s well put. Radically different.

That's not a bad analogy!

One thing I never got about lifted trucks and now the CT is bed side access. I access the bed from the side frequently. This is now non existent. Your only access if from the tailgate. And if you have something near the headache then you have to get all the way in the bed. I am all about utility and that just doesn’t work for me.

But they did add some under bed storage that's pretty close to the tailgate. So, that seems better than nothing, but probably not quite as convenient as reaching over the edge.

They also have an angle forward under the windows. So, anything that slides forward would be hard to grab anyway. Maybe it's best just to not use the bed for things less than 4 feet long. :)

You mean lean over this tailgate?

Kinda crazy that the back of the Cybertruck looks wider, but the bed itself is actually not as wide as the Rivian .. lots of wasted space it seems.
