Deal breaker for me - looks cool, but I can't stand the look of 3D printed plastic. If they can come up with some kind of liner, I'm 100% in.
@Sojhinn - If you come up with a liner I'll be glad to test it and post review pics.

Thank you for the kind review.

As for the granola bowl. We would love to injection mold the piece but at our low numbers it's just not financially feasible. (We looked a lot)

If the 3D lines are that much of a deal breaker. You could always spray the granola with Plasti-dip or hyper-dip and it will smooth it out after a few layers.

You could wrap the bowl in vinyl on your own too. That's not really feasible from a time standpoint for @Sojhinn, but there are ways to hide the print if you want.

Yeah, I just watched the install vid and it looks like that would be very easy to do. No longer a deal breaker for me, ha

I also hate vinyl wrapping. So there's no way I'm doing that.

Everyone is always interested in looking behind the curtain right? Hopefully I didn't violate any community guidelines.
I don't believe so, but I would have removed it to avoid a distraction.

My reaction to the seeing it was negative. This isn't anything against you or those that do, but simply my own gut reaction.

My reaction to the post was very positive.

If Rivian doesn't come out with their own solution soon then I'll probably order something like this charger. I'm not sold on the style, but that's secondary to fit/finish/functionality.

Could get a nice little piece of leather or some sort of cloth to line it with, that'd be pretty sick.

Whatever material, it would need to be thin and have some stretch. I think the biggest challenge would be: how to avoid wrinkles as you wrap/line the pocket. Way too much work for something so trivial and inconsequential. Not a project I would bother with unless I was retired and have nothing but time.

3d print the granola tray out of Nylon SLS. Laser sintered. That would look much better.

Great minds think alike, except my 9mm is in the door pocket - shit can go down quickly!

BTW, I have this CC organizer and really like it. Pops in and out easily while still being very secure while in place. The notch for charging cables (I use 2) is very well placed. https://www.amazon.com/BestEvMod-Ri...3089&rnid=2941120011&s=automotive&sr=1-2&th=1
I got the same one, but hate it so much. It probably made a little bit too big. I have a hard time removing it

I too have this mod and it also installed in about 20 min for me, maybe a few less. No Glock for me though, my current EDC is a Walther PDP. It's a little big but carries nicely with the right AIWB holster.

how powerful is the charger? I got one of the early aftermarket R1T MagSafe chargers and I've just given up on it because it's such a weak power flow. Even sitting there for 25-30 minutes, my phone barely adds 5% charge.
I don't know what pucks they are using but we've tested the USB ports in our truck and they are limited to 15w. Would be nice to have higher default output but it is enough to run maps/waze and charge at the same time without losing energy at least.

I have one of those too but I switched to the Walther when it was released.
I also have a Walther PPM 2. It's probably the best handgun I have. The trigger pull and overall feel are 2nd to none. I actually swap back and forth from Hellcat to PPM 2. For ultimate concealment, I carry a .380 S&W Shield.
