7 weeks from VIN+guide assignment to pickup (tomorrow morning!) in PNW

I’m at just over 3 weeks since selecting a T from the R1 Shop. I keep being told mid-Feb for the truck to arrive And then prep. I’ll see what my Guide says this week.

But really, it was a fantastic experience. Final paperwork took just a few minutes and the handoff was very efficient. Absolutely loving the truck so far! You read a lot of horror stories about build quality issues, panel gaps, etc but so far everything is 100% solid for me. No regrets at all and I can't wait to take it out again today!

Got my VIN on January 20th and 8 step opened at that time. Still waiting for delivery but looks like it will be in the next few weeks so about a month.

I'm up in Park City, and I got my 8 steps and VIN on 01/23. I was also told it was coming via train and should be mid-February. Once it arrives in SLC at the service center, I'm not sure how long I'll have to wait to pick it up.

• Truck was in normal for about 17 days finishing inspection
• Was able to schedule delivery 1/23
• Took delivery 1/25 Denver SC

8 Steps on 1/21, delivery scheduled for this coming Friday! So it'll be 27 days.

I'm up in Park City, and I got my 8 steps and VIN on 01/23. I was also told it was coming via train and should be mid-February. Once it arrives in SLC at the service center, I'm not sure how long I'll have to wait to pick it up.

I wonder if we are on the same train. I can’t keep myself from incessantly checking my email. I kind of hope I’m on the train heading to Vegas much closer to me, but I have a feeling they see my Utah address and will just drop it off in Salt Lake City. Who knows, maybe that would lead to a faster delivery. I will let you know when I get my email/calll.

Just my luck…

Just got off work and called my guide… unfortunately my guide says rivian mistakenly sent that email on accident. He said he sees that someone sent it then immediately deactivated the “schedule delivery” link once they realized their error…

but he did confirm that the truck is now in Las Vegas so it should be any day now while they finish the inspection.

How many days did it take from getting your VIN until getting the call/email for delivery/pickup?

Got my VIN 14 days ago. Radio Silence so far. Just curious how long to expect.

My guess 5 weeks because you are out west. 3 weeks out east (1/6 to 1/28)

1/26/2023 time to confirm to it is being delivered Next Friday 2/24/2023.
