When has SpaceX put a human in an unproven space ship? They actually seem fairly conservative by testing so much. You just can't test a rocket in private.

You didn't answer the question. When has spaceX stuck humans in an unproven space craft? How many payloads have they lost? How does that compare to the typical failure rate if space flight? SpaceX does *not* shit the bed when it comes to delivering product in an industry that has a very high tolerance for failure. Fyi do some research on industrial risk tolerance, the impact of perception of consumer product companies, and get back to me.

I didn't say they aren't testing cars. I'm saying they are allowed to keep information to themselves until they decide it's at a place that is acceptable for the customers to see. Tesla does too, you just it if ire the fact that Tesla holds back just as much information as Rivian.

Just curious, you seem to have all the answers and knowledge to deliver phenomenal products that would compete in any market. Let me be the first person to commend you. When do we get to see your EV companies website and the specs for the vehicles you have coming out this year?

I’m sure there is no way you would waste your clearly exceptional experience and business acumen when there are so many people on this website that would be rushing there to place their reservations.

I decided not to purchase a Tesla partially because have a tendency the ship out low quality cars at times. First impressions matter. If Rivian kicks out a shit product that needs a lot of fixes after release they may not ever recover from bad PR.
Tesla quality issues continue to be prolific.

Here's an example where Tesla delivered a defective car to a popular YouTuber, THIS month. The vehicle has left her stranded twice, and Tesla has given her their stereotypical poor customer service as a result.

I did stop by the new service center in Bellevue, WA and snapped these photos. I asked a worker what was their timeline and he looked at me like “in your dreams pal”. No information was provided.

Rock that low angle Ultrawide! ?

I was thinking about going by today...if I want to get photos for what it will look like most of the year here. Wet and Gray. ?

Cool to see the Black and Yellow lifts. With the roof/building basically being black they should throw a Rivian logo (like Heli-pad size) on the roof. Would make for some cool Drone footage and onlookers from the ? will be able to see it. ?

Random thought: for a company intent on having a small environmental footprint, having black buildings is going either use a lot of A/C or make working in the summers suck.

The building is equipped with tank turn to pivot away from the sun...

Building appears to be made of concrete/masonry, which acts as a thermal battery, anyway. Also, they've got several large garage doors in front of the service bays. Even when closed they don't exactly seal well against air movement, and when they're open you're basically just "outside" with some cover against direct sun exposure.

I think the color of the exterior walls is the least of their energy concerns. Besides, if they install solar on the roof then they can offset at least some of their consumption.

So...made the pilgrimage from Everett to Bellevue and then Downtown Seattle yesterday. Brought The Pack for an adventure at a big park near the Bellevue location.

Charged up at the Whole Foods a stone's throw from the Bellevue location.

Bellevue site is still very much fenced off.? ??️??

Perplexed that the Federal Army & Navy Surplus Store site in Downtown Seattle is still Open for business as usual. ?

Maybe it's a lease timing thing?!? Kinda makes sense that a retail/admin office type of location would be lower priority than the Service Center for Supporting LE Deliveries.
