Definitely. There are only so many people willing to put up that much money and the market is only going to get more and more used R1Ts as people realize an EV doesn't actually work for their lifestyle or they are fed up with small bugs/build quality/whatever. Not saying en masse but say 1 in 20 owners.$142,500 plus taxes, title, registration, and shipping. No $7500 credit.
Im honestly surprised it’s this high. There’s an identical Launch Green eBay for $130k, and from I could tell there is no auction commission on ebay vehicle sales, just flat fees of around $250 plus extra for optional marketing. A few others on eBay for around $140-150k with the option to make an offer.
Autotrader has a few as well. I still think the few people willing to pay $130k+ are going to find trucks very quickly and then the market will stabilize. Closer to $100k which is roughly the MSRP on new orders.
R1S auctions will be interesting.
It only takes a few dozen R1Ts for sale to tank these crazy prices. If people want to make the profit, they should list an auction asap.
