I have a small one, but it drives me crazy, both Apple Music and Spotify recent search history feature does not work. For people with kids who make them play the same stuff over and over again, this is an important feature that needs to work.
Could you make a playlist with all of these frequently requested songs to find them faster?

1) Would like to see calendar appointments available. Many appointments have address of the meeting or destination so no need to type it in.

2) Window drop of 5%, as mentioned by someone earlier would be great to close the door, then go back up automatically.

3) Have the music selection assigned to each driver preference (like the seating position) so that desired app for music is selected once entering the vehicle.

4) Have the fog light option to turn on, when auto lighting is selected.

5) Have the headlights go off sooner when exiting the vehicle and unlocked (current timer is too long).

6) Have trip milage odometer and the energy usage be on the driver display (not have to go to the center screen to see)

7) Be able to map scroll wheel/toggle on the steering wheel to commonly used settings.

8) Be able to select individual combination for different drive modes and have them saved and be selectable by single touch or command.

9) Use vehicle microphone to pickup background noise (wind/road) and emit noise cancellation sounds while playing music or phone function.

addressing number 3...you could open your eyes or actually turn to double check like a responsible driver backing out of a space.....

I get the sarcasm; thanks. Just to clarify, I began driving when cars primarily featured manual transmissions, manual windows, and, of course, no backup cameras. Heck, my first car didn’t even come with air conditioning.

The point I'm making is that even with all the technology available in cars today, I still stick to my old driving habits. For instance, I always look over my shoulder when changing lanes to confirm there are no vehicles in that lane (I have trust issues). I also consistently check my surroundings when reversing.

But......... I’m referring to blind spots. By using the wide-angle view from the backup camera, it's much easier to see if someone is walking or running behind my car. I had that option on my previous car, I know what I'm missing.

True, I'd say its a polish feature not required. I have/had this in Mercedes and its great to be able to see down the whole lane backing out of a parking spot.
Yep I had that on my bmw and it saved me couple of times.

Rivian already has a rear cross traffic alert on the camera display.

I completely understand what you mean. I've found a solution that works for me: I use Apple Music for my own listening, while I let my kids use Spotify to play songs like Blippi, Bluey, and Old MacDonald Had a Farm.

That's a solid list. I really hope the Rivian team considers all these suggestions.

1. Level 2 Charging - An option to reach the target SoC at a set time.
2. Cabin Pre-Heating - The option to schedule pre-heating for a one time use, not strictly on a repeating schedule.
3. Audible - Synchronize last played across my Audible account (like every other device I listen on does).

Thanks for listening!

May want to verify suspension auto is actually off. If you have a dual motor I think it defaults back to auto after parking.
I thought the same thing about the "auto" setting. However, we kept our truck at a fixed height and continue to do so. Even with that set, the truck still does "level" itself when it is stopped for a set duration and it also does a periodic level check to make sure the truck is at the "set setting". The technician who serviced our truck explained this to me.

4) Have the fog light option to turn on, when auto lighting is selected.
4a) Automatically pull over and brick the car if the driver attempts to turn on the fog lights when it's not actually foggy.

Cars that do this have frameless windows. There is no reason to do it on the Rivians. Why run the motor every single time you open/close the door?

The proper solution (which would add weight/cost/complexity) is to do soft close doors like BMW has on a lot of their vehicles.

I agree with the suspension. It rides terrible over small broken pavement, manhole covers, expansion joints etc. I have the 21's . If I could do it over, I would get the 20's just to gain some more side wall.
I just wanted to follow up on the ride quality. Switching to Off-Road - Rally mode softens the ride but disables some safety features. The vehicle rides more smoothly, feeling heavier—almost like the older Cadillacs, with noticeable body roll in corners and when braking or accelerating. It’s not a bad feeling; I actually enjoy it, driving at 50 mph or slower of course. Perhaps Rivian has room to further tune the suspension in normal mode.
