I Have the lauch addition R1T. It has always had the low speed raddle. I have taken it in to the SanFrancisco service center 3 times, just for this problem, that has gotten worse. Each time I was told something different. #1- it is normal for this truck,# 2- it is a front suspension issue , that the factory and the manufacture of the parts are trying to determine who will pay for the fix and #3- finally after demanding to talk to a manager , I went on a long test drive with 2 senior engineers, and the manager that is, according to the manager, in charge of helping to engineer a body frame connection problem, that they say causes the truck to raddle at slow speeds. This senior engineer further stated that the factory came up with a change for the new models that failed after 1 month.
At this point there is no solution to this problem and they don"t know why it doesn't happen in all trucks and who knows what the truth is. It only took 16 months to get my tonneau cover fixed, I guess we all have a long wait for this problem too.

Does anyone know how we could contact the factory or RJ directly?

Does that rattle seems to come from the Left Front Wheel? I am having the same, very irritating rattles at low speed (maybe less than 30mph) on uneven (or undulating surface) roads. I drove my friend's R1S dual performance a week ago, and he has the same problem. I am scheduled for a 4th or 5th service on the same issue.

I have the same issue on my 2022 RIT 15K. Had it in for its first service a couple of months ago for the Power Tonneaux cover fix, dash rattle, tire rotation and this issue. Thought something was loose. Normal behavior was the response after the test drive. Would love to hear this can be fixed. Good luck with your next service.

I have the same issue, also in NC too. Got a mobile scheduled for in June. Sounds just like yours and the authors.

I have the same sound, I think. My sounds like its coming from front wheel area or under the drivers front sill. It's one of two major rattles I've had since the truck was new (Nov2022) over the 22k+ miles I've driven it. Pretty consistent on slightly uneven roads and always there at slower speeds. I have another rattle that is coming from the driver's side rear seatbelt where it connects to the C-pillar. Both have been looked at on 4 separate visits to the Service Center plus one mobile visit. Next visit scheduled for May - and any typos in this post are because I have my fingers crossed at least of these will finally get resolved.
