Was that with zero down? I see an offer on their page for a $49k MSRP Polestar 2 at $499/mo, but that is after putting down $5k.
The lease rates used to be a bit more attractive than they are now. For a while they had killer financing and lease rates because they balled up the rebate and threw it into the lease. I ended up financing and got 0% for 48mos. If they can secure low interest rate backing on the P3 it's going to be an even larger success.

Wow, yea it'll be interesting to see what they come out with for the P3 given the current financial climate. I'm primarily looking for a stop gap between my current RX350 (lease ends this month, extendable for a further six months) and my R1S. I was okay with holding on the the RX for a few extra months but would prefer a newer vehicle now if the R1S ends up being delayed to "sometime in 2023". Guess we'll know just how long of a gap it's going to be by the end of the week.

My lease is $600 a month, 10k miles per year, 3 years, $1500 down. My car actually had an MSRP of $62k. I just checked and the same spec is now an extra $180/month. So apparently lease rates have gone up a lot.

You got yourself a nice deal for sure. I might look to trade my RX in for either a plug-in or full EV at MSRP. That way I can cash in now on the inflated trade in value the RX is carrying, and the $7.5k federal rebate makes up for any depreciation on the new ride until its R1S time.

Yeah I was lucky and picked up my P2 last September before prices started to really take off. At that time the Denver Sales Office had 8 cars incoming and I simply reserved one. Two weeks later they dropped it off at my house. Pretty seamless.

Well, sure. Interest rates are up, and supply is down relative to demand... Leases are going to cost more.

I thought I remembered seeing that it was actually 3 rows. Admittedly might be a tight 3rd row given what it looks like, but I'm good with that.
