    Washington Sold: New in box: pair of cargo crossbars for sale - $575 (Seattle)

    I had two of these boxes sitting in my garage thinking that each box contained one crossbar. When I finally opened them to install I realized there was a pair per box, and Rivian sent me two pairs for some reason. Local pickup only in North Seattle.

    I ended up going with Canvasback for third row seat covers. I think theirs is the only product I could find with split seat capability. Will install it today right after a detail, but the quality is apparent even to someone like me who doesn’t know squat about canvases 😆.

    Early on I used to be more enthusiastic (flash, wave, smile, the works) but I’ve settled in to a ✌🏽 while my hand is still resting atop the steering wheel. That way I’m not trying to get your attention but if you happen to see me you know I see you.

    If it were in fact more secure and stable in an impact, don’t you think Rivian would have encouraged borrowing the latches from the sides? Instead there’s an explicit note to not do that in the manual. I dunno, to each their own, but I hope you give it another think 😊.

    FYI Rivian does not officially support using the latches from left and right to install a seat in the middle. Is your car seat compatible with the seatbelt approach?
