Lopsided/sagging suspension!!!

Seems like a load of BS.
Similar issue here, driver front is 1.5" lower than passenger. Truck is in service but according to the app it's now been sitting in their parking lot for 6 days without even moving.

All I know is that after the strut replacement and the last calibration, I no longer have an issue and also I no longer use kneel mode.

I also had heavy pulling to the right, which is been totally rectified as well.

I'm on the shorter side and definitely need to use kneel mode! Service center appt scheduled for Monday, so fingers crossed they can sort this out!
