The max G's pulled and 0-60 time won't always correlate. Say you're on a surface where you slip right away but then hook up, you could have a slower 0-60 and pull harder G's cause of the hookup. Or say you hookup great right away so Rivian traction control gives you lots of power then you're slipping too much, slowing you down. Or anything in between. The max G just shows you what you got at the moment when you had the most traction and power.
I tested launch mode with my Dragy and found Dragy times to be about .2 seconds slower than the Rivian time. It was very close to the 1ft rollout subtracted time, so that appears to be what Rivian is measuring.
