You guys should also post your SOC - from this car and driver article it makes a difference if you are anything less than 100%… maybe launch control negates that but would
be good to find out.

This was fall ‘24 in my ‘22 R1T Quad on 21s; 74% SOC, about 400ish lbs of computer gear/parts in the frunk and gear tunnel at Cecil County Dragway. I just floored the accelerator (no left foot braking) when the third yellow light was starting to go out. Super easy peasy to drive. I had it in Sport Firm Low traction control totally off. I did a second run about 20 mins later and it was an almost identical 11.78. That 110mph speed limiter kicks in hard right past the 1000 foot mark. :(

I had a loaner 23 quad so I tried it out with around 70% SoC on the stock 22s. Dry roads, about 45 degrees. 3.4s.

Haven't tried my own truck yet.

Didn't take a pic, but tried it yesterday. Managed 3.22s 0-60 on Blizzak LT winter tires at 45F, 75% SoC, and on a dirty road. The wife and I both thought it launched way harder than just straight sport mode. It was impressive, especially doing that on winter tires.

I got to play with Launch Mode for the first time today in my Gen 1 R1S quad... 3.40 seconds to 60 was the best time (got it twice) out of 11 runs. Gawd, I love this truck so freakin' much.

Edit: FWIW my OEM Pirelli Scorpion A/T tires on 20” rims have 8,619 miles.

Is this raw time or adjusted? going slight up or down hill would change the time. Maybe to get a true time you would need to run up and down the same road and average the two runs. Fun feature that Ill likely will only use a few times

3.12 - 22 Quad R1T. One and only try when I was just out and about.

22" OEM Pirellis. 70% SOC, 90F battery. Pirellis have 20k on them. This weekend, I'l do more runs with better conditions and in a better spot and see what I get.
I have had my R1T LE for three years, and that "Oh Sh*t" moment uttered by me or others still puts a smile on my face every time! 🎢

SOC: 85%
Tires: 20-inch G/Y Territory, 47-48 psi
Battery: 77F
Motors: 80-90F
Outside temp: 46F
Drive Mode: Low w/ traction control off
Road: Good asphalt, flat, no wind or slight tailwind given the time

Edit to add: This was my first attempt, gave it a go about a mile after leaving home on my way to the office, so tires were probably still relatively cold.

Is there a thread - or can someone tell me if there is a horsepower difference between All-terrain and Sport mode - as I have recently gotten a 26 R1`t Tri - and I haven't been impressed by the power - in Sport mode it is better for sure - but in standard ride height and AT mode - it seems quick but no way am i feeling 850hp. I do have to admit from a dig or very slow speeds it does get up and go - but going like from 45 - say 80 mph - it doesn't seem to me that I am getting anywhere close to 850hp. Have there been any dyno test etc to show the difference? Also, for responsiveness what mode do you drive every day in and what changes do you do make, if any, for ride height and regen.

There haven’t been any dyno tests that I’m aware of. It was pretty well documented on Gen1 quad motors that up to about 45mph, sport gave you the most power. But above that it reduced power for some reason and had more power in all purpose.

Not sure it will be the same on the tri motors but in the gen1 quads, you can see it in the power output bar on the dash

I am pretty sure you have to put it in Launch mode to get all 850. Once you put it in Launch, it stays in Launch until the next power cycle.

There are not any HP correlations that I have seen, but it would be interesting to do back-to-back 0-60 times in all the different modes. Maybe you should do it and post a thread about the results!

Since the last update, I have been using Sport with Standard height. It is perfect for how I drive. (On trips I use Conserve, of course.) My Tri seems very, very fast to me. Power does decrease as SoC decreases though. I think you have full power until maybe 85%? Not sure, but it does drop with SoC.

I think you are correct - you know what would be the coolest - is on the power bar - have it show the reduction or addition of power when selecting different drive modes - and maybe a special color at the end of the power bar when 850hp is present, not just when power is reduced due to low SOC. This may be my best idea of the day!!! lol...Pass this on to the power that might be...Wassym
