I think that GM should be able to enforce a no dealer mark-up policy by cancelling the dealer's franchise.

And that is why even though I should get my F150 Lightning in June, I'm still keeping Rivian as a backup just in case they do this. I plan on selling my Model Y once the truck ships. If dealer screws me I'll just buy some cheap used car in the mean time until my R1T can be delivered probably next year.

I've seen a Hummer EV first edition driving around San Dimas, CA for a few weeks now. Once parked in front of restaurant and then today in passing. Now I'm curious how much that guy paid to be the first one on the block. My wife actually said, that it looked as hideous as the first H2's that came out years ago.

So funny.. as a Rivian and Hummer reservation holder... I visit both forums. If it isn't the truck they ordered, it's "hideous". The Hummer guys think the Rivian looks wimpy/effeminate and the Rivian guys think the Hummer looks hideous/crappy.

People are so funny. Just because you like one thing doesn't mean everything else is awful.
