Dang, the wood looks so good. By far my favorite wood color of the three interiors. Just too much green for me though.

Funny story about FE, I was talking to my delivery specialist about the interior and how good it looked and mentioned the configurator and how terrible the FE pic was and he was very surprised by that comment. I was thinking "he must have never looked at it because there's no way he doesn't realize how bad it looks." I told him it looked "Ninja Turtle Green"

Right?! They just gotta know how bad their configurator images are. On the margin, it has to be costing them $$ in lost upgrade revenue. I mean, I am not a website developer, but it would seem pretty important to have the colors accurate. It is really that difficult?

Yeah, you are right. That green definitely looks a lot more muted in real life and I kinda like it.

Picture taken with a Pixel 6 Pro. This shows how much the computational photography on modern phones messes with perception. I used the wood grain to adjust saturation to where I thought it was an accurate reflection of the color. Top photo is original picture, bottom is adjusted and, I think, a much better representation of FE.

Do you feel like the green on green is a bit too much? I have a R1S on order and I keep waffling between El Cap with FE versus FG with FE...ugh!!!

It's not too much, it's fantastic. I had those concerns and had never seen the combo in person before buying and I have absolutely 0 regrets. I had some moments of weakness considering EC and FE but I'm very glad I stuck to my guns. I also think FG will look even better on the S than it does on the T

I am so glad I got the FE interior. Every day I get in my truck I'm happy. It's not only a great green, it's my favorite of the woods and it's a nice density level that splits the difference between a black interior and a white interior. I wish more cars had interiors in this middle gray range.

I hope they will consider a version of FE for the Explore trim as well
