Anybody else’s phone key not start the car today?

Unlocked with phone key today and car wouldn’t go into drive without key card. Anybody else experience this today?

Yes. Had the same issue yesterday and this morning.

I did too. Opened the app, said to lock the truck, and it worked again.

No issue. My phone and Rivian must love each other, because my PAAK experience has been 100% positive. Up-to-date iphone 12. Maybe the 12 was the main tester for this vehicle or something because it works great.

I haven't had any trouble with it starting the car, but in the past week the phone key has been very sluggish, taking up to 30 seconds of standing at the door before it opens. Prior to this, it has always unlocked within a second of touching the door.

Did the same and it didn’t work for me. I’ll try removing and readding phone key after work

I had the same problem a couple weeks ago. Reboot seems to fix the problem. This week, the same problem occured a couple of times. Checked the phone and found out somehow I was logged out of the apps. Log back in and it seems to work. I need to take the truck in to replace my cracked windshield, will ask the SC to investigate the problem.

Hmmm.... I am constantly closing the app, reopening it, and locking and unlocking from the app. Maybe that is why it works so well for proximity?

I lock my car when I get home because in my head it reduces vampire drain... lol.

Pixel 6A user. My truck didn't wake up as I approached it. Unlocked with the app and no issues getting it to start.

Generally PAAK has been decent for me, so it not unlocking as I approach is somewhat of an anomaly.

No issues with my pixel 7 pro today. Worked better than normal actually.

Mine started taking forever to unlock with my phone proximity. I restarted my phone (iphone 14) and it didn't help. I'm going to carry the key card in my wallet just in case.
