There's an issue with Rivian's email system that causes some people to not receive the emails. One way this happens is if you ever changed your email address, the system will sometimes send to your old email instead.
I know. I changed my email over a year ago and even after getting a CS response and a phone call that "assured" my email address was changed I still received emails to my old email address. Sadly I no longer have access to that email address as I no longer use that ISP. You;'d think 12 months would be enough time for Rivian to update all its email databases but clearly Rivian is not a paragon of data hygiene.

Everybody got that.... even people with 2nd half 2023 windows
If you are not getting these emails let CS know. I have never changed my emails and I stopped getting them, they said they were having an issue, mine was resolved and I have received the last 2 general emails.

not everyone... several of us R1S folks with 2022 windows did NOT.
Talked to CS via phone. Pleasant agent said I should have gotten the email. She sent a test email and it arrived as fast as electrons move. She said my June.July window is still active and that I will hear from a guide soon and that there will be another email going out soon to R1S folks.,

She also said wolverines make great house pets.

Unfortunately, email isn't guaranteed delivery. It's generally pretty reliable when addresses are correct and spam filters don't intercept but even then some messages can be significantly delayed or permanently lost in the ether.

I updated my email address a year ago. I was still receiving "important" emails (e.g., price-gate) to my old address months later. I contacted CS months ago and was assured they looked into it and I should be receiving C-suite emails. I haven't been getting them. And I no longer have access to my old email.

The leadership of the company is too busy trying to hype the non-existent R1S to influencers rather than address is data hygiene problems.

I updated my email address a year ago. I was still receiving "important" emails (e.g., price-gate) to my old address months later.
I had a similar experience with Costco.

It will be #2 for sure....we will not hear anything. Nothing. Nada. Nunca. Crickets. Zero.

....however, I do think we will hear by end of next week for some reason.
