Hi Everyone.

Is there anyone who owns an R1T, that has been through a winter season using the 21" or 20" wheel set? Maybe you could share your personal experience?

There's been a great deal of information posted about the lack of winter tires choices for the 21" wheelset and lots of advise from people who don't own an R1T, or who have not driven the R1T in snow yet. Many of us are in the dark. I've been thinking about buying the 20" AT wheel set and running these during the winter months in the California Sierra (based upon the great videos out there). Before I do, I was hoping to hear about your first hand experience with the 21" and 20" tire sets in winter conditions.

Thanks!

Interested in this as well. I’m in NH with 21” wheels that I went with for quicker delivery. I’ve been very surprised by how capable they are off-road and would be inclined to just stick with them but I’m nervous about the winter- I always run winter tires on all my vehicles and don’t trust All Seasons in slick conditions. I have an appointment for mobile service to bring my new 20” ATs here to install them on 10/31 but I might just save myself the money if I know that the 21s are handling snow pretty well.
