They essentially are and shouldn't be trusted. They should be supervised according to the conditions they're operating in (and disengaged manually when operating in higher risk conditions). Just because a system will allow someone to use it in a certain condition doesn't mean that they should.Just one more reason for me to never trust these “self driving” systems. As far as I’m concerned, all of them are still in beta testing.
