2018 & 2019 R1S Pre-orders still waiting for delivery

I have been watching/reading this forum for years but finally making my first post. I am curious to hear what other super long (2018 &2019) R1S pre-orders have for current delivery times. I know the Ocean Coast interior has been the major factor for my delivery delay here in AZ. I am 6 minutes from the Rivian service center here, haven't changed my configuration ever and with a Feb 2019 pre order I am quite frustrated in the "magical algorithm".

Mainly looking to hear if everyone else with these insane waits are also waiting on Ocean Coast interior. I see some people with 2021 pre-orders already getting their R1S(congrats btw) but almost all are Black Mountain interior.

This Tableau might also help you on this. Most of the responses came late last year, but still mostly accurate IMHO. If true, then OC would definitely be a factor.

from what I have been seeing on here and facebook groups, all the OC interior R1S for early pre orders are grouped in April/may and May/June groups. I'm assuming that they are batching this at that month.

12/19 pre-order. BM interior. Timing has slipped from Jun/July 2022 to Oct/Dec 2022 to Jan/Feb 2023 to March/April 2023. Guide has been worse than useless the entire way.

OC is not my problem.
Three factors may explain why I'm still waiting:
1) Adventure Package (I missed the 4-day window in November of 2020 when you could configure a Launch Edition).
2) Vegan Leather Accents (aka vinyl dash). Tableau data suggests Rivian planned to ramp this up in 1Q23. Might be delayed now.
3) I live in Illiniois. And you thought living near the factory would be a good thing. Ha!! Check out Tableau data for Illinois R1S preorders. Only 2 out of 57 were scheduled for 1Q23.

Ooh - not so fast - there are multiple levels of sOOn (think Dante). I selected a R1S from the Shop last week, completed 7 of the steps (money's gone from my account - man THAT was fast) and I'm now at the next sOOn:

I’d be dialing every day until I got answers, R1S shop access, or both.

As for my 2/2019 FE order, I matched on 1/22 and was told delivery would take 6-8 weeks. Unclear if my R1S has gotten on the train yet.

Jealous of this option. Still not thrilled they blocked it from Launch Editions.

Escalate with CS, demand some details on why you’re still waiting. Ask for shop access. Something isn’t right.
