Just got my VIN today at 3:30, XXX5002. It's Launch Green with 20's. No delivery scheduled yet.

20k deliveries in ‘26 looks like a slam dunk.

Got the invite today. Day 1 reservation, R1T owner, and about 30 miles from the new SC. June 30th estimate was 4-8 weeks, so 4 weeks to the day. As of last week the Pittsburgh SC hadn't made any deliveries yet, so hopefully they are finally going to get some. Catalina Cove Launch edition with black interior.

I finally got the "It's time to begin the purchase process" email! I am assigned VIN 47xx. No scheduled pickup date yet.

I was sent my pickup appointment text & email this morning. Scheduled pickup is 8/14.

I submitted a trade-in request on my leased 2025 R1S in which my lease ends in 4 months. Rivian offered too low a price (I'd have to write a check for $7k(ish), so I will keep it until the lease ends. I still have 3,000 miles before going over the allowed mileage, so I will be sure to use those miles up (which I will put fewer miles on the R2 during that time).

I will try Carvana and CarMax when it gets closer to pickup to see what their offers are.

I took possession of my R2 today (CC,21s) vin x42xx.
Pick up experience was easy breezy.
Just need to figure out if I can use the J1772 => NACS adapter on the ChargePoint chargers we have at work. They only put out 11.2kwh. I got to work late so there were no open spots.

It drives even better than I thought compared to the demo drive.
Now to be patient and wait for SiriusXM app to be added and the crossbars to be available.

Just need to figure out if I can use the J1772 => NACS adapter on the ChargePoint chargers we have at work. They only put out 11.2kwh. I got to work late so there were no open spots.

Should be just fine - the adapter just re-arranges the pin layout. In AC/Level 1 & 2 charging, the pins for J1772 & NACS serve the same functions, so there's no fancy stuff that the adapter would need to do.

For reference, on my 2023 quad motor, large pack in Limestone with 17K miles, Rivian offered $58K trade in this week. Carvana was $58.8K and Carmax was $60K. Still waiting for a purchase offer from EV Auto (EV Auto was suggested to me via the forum). EV auto will need to be significantly higher to cover the trade in tax reduction. Good luck!

As long as it is the J1772 to NACS it will work. The CCS to NACSis the one that will not work on L2 chargers.
