any way we can delete line items 135 from tintin007 and 155 from SuperFeisty? these are clearly reservation and not orders, and it's messing up the graphs, data, and the color wheel.

Nice - pretty clear that almost half of the first 30 rows are likely reservations and not orders.

I don't think its that bad. The Coastal Cloud rows are clearly reservations since its not available yet. I'm not sure if the recent Forest Green addition is legitimate or not. The early rows with unknown delivery estimates are probably people who didn't look at the estimate in the configurator and have not gotten any updates since ordering (hence no VIN). There are also rows with month/range estimates out in October and beyond that I assume are reservations (especially the ones with exact dates that far out, which I've sanitized manually).

To everyone reading this: please take a moment to check the summary cards (hover over the ones with a ? for details) and the anomalies panel to see if your username appears, and submit a correction on the main form. Remove your delivery estimate if you have not actually placed a confirmed order (ie paid an additional $400), remove trailing X from your VIN, fix your reservation/order date if necessary, etc.

I've updated it to exclude configs that are not available yet (forest green, borealis, coastal cloud, premium, standard) so the charts should now be representative of what has actually been ordered. The VIN charts should always be pretty accurate since only real orders get VINs, though the delivery date estimate is up to the user to keep correct. I am manually overriding when I notice someone post an update in a thread but not on the form.

I got the dreaded “we have identified an issue with the R2 assigned to you so we are canceling your delivery” email today.

I was so close. Was to be this Sat. I’ll chalk it up to the growing pains of a brand new vehicle. Oh well. They are shipping a replacement with a new vin so hopefully I can take delivery next week.

And honestly, I’d prefer them to identify any issues prior to delivery. After 2 years of waiting, what’s another week.

My VIN has been stuck on a railcar for a week in Normal without moving. My guide offered me the option of unmatching and getting a new VIN and doing factory pickup in Normal. Tempted to do it since it avoids rail delays and possible transit damage.

But worry it could take longer to match to a new VIN then I save in transit.

White does seem to be an easier VIN to match to though, vs Launch Green and Catalina Cove.

I wonder why. Perhaps they aren't being properly strapped down?
Since they're smaller than R1S/R1T you'd think more clearance on transport vehicles would mean less chance of damage.
