Doesn't that imply one would have perfect aim, but just doesn't know their target? And you miss 100% of the shots you DO take if you don't aim right.

The price drops Tesla had done on their current models have been around for years. If Tesla can produce the Cybertruck for significantly less than they can produce it for, I would expect a high price for awhile (why should flippers get the profits), and then, as demand drops, lower the price, like they have done for all of their current models. And the initial buyers will say they have no problem with losing 40% of the value of their truck because it was worth what they paid.Tesla has been on an aggressive pricing path for the last 10 months, so pricing the CT this high looks like a strategy reversal.
We'll have to wait a few more weeks to find out.
Or maybe one's front post is askew ...Doesn't that imply one would have perfect aim, but just doesn't know their target?
I'm terrible at basketball, but I make it up in scale? ?You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
And forget about supercharging if steel wool gets within 3 feet of the truckThe Cyber Truck manual says that only Tesla-approved 00000-grade steel wool can be used for cleaning the exterior and goes on to state in Bold ALL CAPS that using any unapproved product will void the vehicle's warranty and render FSD inoperable . . .
And that is for a car that probably spends most of its time on the garage and isvwell taken care of. Imagine a stainless steel truck driving through salty roads and sitting out in the sun all day long. They are going to look like complete garbage after a year or two.Having owned a DeLorean for 31 years, a stainless steel outer body is NOT a good Idea. Maintenance of the stainless is quite time consuming.

31%? I think that is a good over under, at least in 23-24Here's a fun prop bet:
CT Reservation conversion rate, < or > Derek Jeter's career BA. I'm under.
Fair point. I just don't think that there is a huge market for a $100k pick up truck with polarizing looks, even if I think it's cool. If they plan on achieving an annual run rate of 250k CT in 18 months, that price won't last very long. Apparently the average price of an ICE pick up truck is $66k, so the CT won't sell in any significant quantity at $100k.The price drops Tesla had done on their current models have been around for years. Just leave the blue film on when you pick up the truck. As a stainless steel finish actually has texture, I'm not sure how good a wrap would look or adhere.

I love that the water can be choppy, but not too choppy.Does it also say it still can pull "near infinite mass"?

I'm most excited about this one, personally:

It's genious really. Not having a measurable distinction means if your cybertruck sinks, Elon can just say "water must have been too choppy".I love that the water can be choppy, but not too choppy.
My prediction of Tesla’s example of water which is too choppy:I love that the water can be choppy, but not too choppy.
