When I was at the Cleveland service center for windshield replacement (rock chip/ crack) the tech said they get a lot of service tickets for software and that every R1 has its own software "personality". It didn't sound like an ideal situation.

I was on the phone with tech service on Tuesday because they've been hounding me about this recall and trying to find a good date where mobile service could come to me or when they're open for me to come to them. When we were done they asked if I had any issues and I brought this up and they asked for video of it happening because they hadn't heard of it yet. Evidently you can add videos in the app when submitting new service requests.Looks like just fixes to issues created in 10.01. I'll be happy to have the guillotine charge port door fix!

This “rear sensors not working” issue cropped up after the previous update, though no impacts to actual driver plus nor rear sensors so far as I can tell.

Same for me. PAAK has recently gotten worse for me. I now always have to wake my phone. I'm going to try unpairing my phone and pairing again.Paak is now worse for me after last update. I walk up to the truck and have to wait 2 seconds before the handles pop out. It was PERFECT before the last 2 updates.
Also, my tailgate and gear tunnel doors didn't open using the buttons, at home, unlocked. Had to use the 'new' feature in the app. Put in a service ticket...
I've had this exact same issue/notifications pop up since the day I got the truck in May 22. It usually disappears by the time I am backing out of the driveway, but nonetheless, it intermittently appears 2-3x a week.Update did not resolve. Issue persists.
Confident it is not hardware as it only appeared after previous update.
In any case, service visit on Tuesday for other issues so they can sort it out.
