Way too fancy for me, but my limit is pretty much putting a pot on a fire to boil some water for coffee, LOL.

You go, though! Bet people love hitting you up for some espresso in the mornings at the campsite! ?

Best I can do is setting up a coffee station on my gear tunnel door with my Nespresso and the frother for morning tailgates.

Check out this quick video of me powering my espresso machine from my Rivian R1S while away for the weekend camping. It made such a difference to my weekend!
Rivian R1T R1S Espresso machine powered from my Rivian R1S while camping 1699404144171

That’s quite the commitment though, I commend it ?. I might just stick with aeropress or bump up to a $300 Breville Bambino at best.

That's right! It's a great machine but I should get a bottomless portafilter too.

Now THAT is my kind of camping. I enjoy roughing it, but we're not savages, right?
I've had a Handpresso for years that doesn't require any power and lets me make an espresso anywhere, it easily packs in my backpack, so I've been roughing it for a long time. Having a power outlet in the Rivian has just dialed it up to 11 though.

Yeah, my friends that were camping with us were pretty happy with me.

I've considered bringing a coffee machine but I'm not really looking for the time savings. Making coffee while camping gives me something to do that I enjoy doing. Heat up a pot of water on the stove, grind the coffee with my hand grinder, set up my aeropress, pour, bloom, pour, steep, press, enjoy.
