  1. No software update this month?

Same. Can't remember ever getting a midday push notification. I usually see it in the app first thing in the morning without a push notification.
  2. 2024.11.2 Software Update Released! => Release Notes: Send Navigation, Mapping, Charging Feedback/Scores + Rear Display Improvements + More

I usually notice updates showing up in the morning on the app (seemingly being an overnight refresh, maybe?). After seeing the IG post I actively looked to see if it was available about an hour ago and it was not available. I just got a push notification that the update was available and just...
  3. Can't imagine a worse car-buying experience

Besides my Rivian experience, which was amazing, the only other time I have had a car buying experience I would say I didn't hate was when we purchased our Audi Q5 PHEV in May 2020. I 100% attribute it being a halfway decent experience because of COVID limitations and the fact that no one at the...
  4. Power Tonneau Cover Replacement Scheduled

I believe the new parts inventory is the biggest factor in the slow rollout. I base this on my experience with the Denver SC. It seems they got an initial batch at the end of last year, scheduled appointments for what they had and then had to wait for another tranche of parts, which one of the...
  5. Anyone charged an F150 Lightning using the Rivian home charger?

My R1T was almost exclusively charged with the charger I got with my Audi Q5 PHEV for 20 months until we got rid of the Audi. No issues. J1772 are compatible across vehicles.
  6. Can't imagine a worse car-buying experience

Another vote of confidence in Denver SC. I've also thankfully only had to visit a couple of times for very minor issues but every experience has been great. My first mobile service last week for my new PTC was also great. The night and day difference between dealing with Rivian (even in its...
  7. Who in CO still has a broken auto tonneau?

Glad to help. Not trying to make excuses for the SC but it could be a training issue.
  8. Who in CO still has a broken auto tonneau?

Mobile replacement complete. 8:03 - Tech #1 (with the van) starts working solo 8:36 - Tech #2 (in an R1T) shows up 9:57 - All done
  9. Who in CO still has a broken auto tonneau?

Pretty sure this is the new part listed above, it came in one piece out of the box on the ground. The old part is sitting behind the truck. The assembly included the motor (in the closer tech's right hand) and after they installed it they deployed the slats out of it. So I believe PT0000079-k is...
  10. Who in CO still has a broken auto tonneau?

5th part is "Tonneau Cover - Electric". Maybe that is it?
  11. Who in CO still has a broken auto tonneau?

I suppose we could all live stream my garage security camera tomorrow morning since that's where they'll need to do my PTC replacement. Assuming they don't cancel for "weather" again, but it looks to be much nicer tomorrow than last Tuesday.
  12. Colorado Checking In

I've tried 5 times.... It's won't let me get rid of the extra 2 gifs.
  13. Who in CO still has a broken auto tonneau?

Mobile appt was re-scheduled to this morning (3/26). They just called and..... it's cold, so need to reschedule again until next week (4/2). The irony being that my original appt was scheduled AT the SC for 4/1 and they proactively reached out to move it up via mobile. I live 5 miles away from...
  14. Who in CO still has a broken auto tonneau?

Forgot to update..... My appt was supposed to be on Monday 12-4. Got a text from tech at 330 that they had 2 PTC kits loaded for 2 appointments that day and one of the kits was damaged. So.... rescheduled for next Tuesday, but at least I'm the morning appt this time.
  15. Ultimate RAN Stations Thread List (Wiki) -- locations, reviews, quirks, tips, etc.

The forum home screen has a "Post Thread" button (bottom right below). I'd put it in the "Charging/Battery NACS, RAN...." subforum for consistency and title it something like "Newburgh, NY RAN site"
  16. Ultimate RAN Stations Thread List (Wiki) -- locations, reviews, quirks, tips, etc.

If someone wants to start one, we can link it here, which is the purpose of this Wiki. I'm in CO and don't anticipate visiting NY via anything but a plane for the foreseeable future, so I won't be much help on info for this specific RAN :) .The thread is a Wiki, so anyone can edit it and add a...
  17. Colorado Checking In

10" here in the NW corner of Denver proper.
  18. New RAN Adventure Network charging stations up in Daytona Beach FL, Cheyenne WY, Newburgh NY

Maybe next time you are driving through Sinclair, WY you should stop by and ask where the EV charger is or ask their opinions about EVs, lol.
  19. Colorado Checking In

Powerwall is at 100%, truck is at 80%, beer fridge is full..... I'm prepared for March snowpocalypse 2024.
