No banking, but have the Sapphire card. I have been looking at opening a decent size account with them to get some perks. Not bad! I imagine a Rivian announcement is coming ... soon .
Are you a chase banking customer? I have a couple of their credit cards but nothing on the banking side.
A little expensive but I suspect that's chase's standard auto program and not the dedicated ones they have like for Land Rover, Jaguar, etc.
I'm not super familiar with how the dedicated programs work - my assumption was that if there is an agreement between manufacturer and bank, then it shouldn't matter which of those websites you access the deal from, you should get the same rate. Not accurate?I wonder if Rivian will offer different rates through their portal?
You're right, I got the same 2.99% and 3.04% when I changed the vehicle to Acura. I suppose the actual Rivian Financial rate will be lower.FWIW the get rates information is simply a generic function
No, the manufacturer can subsidize the rates, or reduce the “profit” if desired.I'm not super familiar with how the dedicated programs work - my assumption was that if there is an agreement between manufacturer and bank, then it shouldn't matter which of those websites you access the deal from, you should get the same rate. Not accurate?
Awesome news.Just got an e-mail from Chase regarding their auto program. They have rates for Rivian!
Awesome news.
I’m going to go ahead and declare this the best post to date on this Forum, and probably any other.
It’s getting real....
