They aren't shipping the Lightning yet. You can safely assume that is not a customer vehicle.

F150 is a prototype. They aren't starting production until mid March.

Rivian needs a charge port on the passenger side. That Rivian is ICEing that charge spot.

Yeah, that's a jerk move. The Rivian is taking up a charging spot that somebody else may need.

An EV parking at a charger without plugging in is just as bad as an ICE vehicle parking at a charger.

It prevents people who may need it from using it.

It's a jerk move for sure, but perhaps the Rivian driver pulled in just to take this comparison photo? I don't know the source of the pic. ?‍

The sad part is that this Walmart in Madison WI put in those sign posts after the EA Chargers were put in. On Google streetview from 2019 you can see that this would have been a good spot to pull up with a trailer attached.
