    Absolutely having the same issue with the capacitive button. Seems to be a recent phenomena and I have yet to figure out the cause. Using the main screen to open the works every time.

    So you were able to schedule delivery immediately after completing the first 7 steps? I got my 8 steps today but when I got to the delivery scheduling there were no appointments available (through Rivian Specialist or Carrier). Is this common? Are they waiting for funds to clear through Plaid?

    Iā€™ve had great communication from Ford since my May 19 reservation. Ordered the Lariat ER, got my production date and got my VIN #ā€¦.all without anyone reminding me to stay adventurous.

    I had my first Guide call today and when I asked about the rumored OC delay her response was; ā€œI wouldnā€™t say they are delayed, but let me put it to you this wayā€¦if you didnā€™t have a Black Mountain interior we probably wouldnā€™t be talking todayā€

    I have sent Rivian exactly one email in the past 3+ years (last week). No response. Not a huge deal really, but it doesnā€™t inspire a lot of confidence that they are running a real buttoned-up organization currently.

    Sadly itā€™s all crickets. I make a point of not reaching out to CS but I did this week via chat. They insisted that Iā€™m still on track for delivery this month and said that often trucks are being delivered within days of guide contact. That rings true based on the experiences of some other forum...
